Rocca Di Fabbri, a 14th century castle, is situated between Assisi and Spoleto in the rolling hills of beautiful central Italy. The luxurious vinyards sourounding the castle produce the renowned D.O.C wines.
In the middle ages, some skilled monks drained this area and planted vinyards of sagrantino and grechetto, teaching to the local farmers the noble and sacred art of wine-making. During the renaissance, these wines were so appriceated, that they became a must at the table of Popes and noblemen.
